About Approveit Home Loans Pty Ltd

Approveit Home Loans was born out of the financial services group, Achieveit Financial Planning. Achieveit Financial Planning (formerlly H J Garden & Associates) has been established over 27 years in Toowoomba providing a full range of financial products from investments to lending to insurances. In 2002, it was decided to have a dedicated business arm look after the lending business of the group. Approveit Home Loans was established for this purpose.

Approveit Home loans and its consultants are full members of the MFAA (The peak body overseeing mortgage brokers in Australia). All consultants have long history and experience in the finance industry and are committed to providing excellence in Customer Service and professionalism in guiding clients through the mortgage maze as it exists today.

Chris Kelso:
Senior Loans Manager/Partner
Chris joined the group in 2001 after having a long successful career with Westpac spanning 22 years.

His experience in all facets of lending and a dedicated strong focus on customer service and customer loyalty has evolved into a strong clientele who utilise Approveits services over and over again.

With runs on the board, Chris was appointed as partner of the group in 2004.

Terry Whitehouse:
Mortgage Consultant
Terry has been associated with H J Garden and Associates since 1997. Terry has over 20 years experience in many forms of finance.

His primary role in the group is the project management of the construction of investment properties on behalf of our clients. Terry is responsible for the acquisition of suitable land, obtaining suitable finance packages and overseeing the construction process on behalf of the clients.

Terry is a fully qualified mortgage consultant with the MFAA. Terry is a specialist in this area gaining his "Blue Card" accreditation early in 2006.

Wendy Whiteley:
Mortgage Operations Officer
Wendy joined Approveit following stints with Heritage Building Society and Suncorp. Wendy spends much of her time in the engine room of Approveit Home Loans processing loan applications and dealing with client enquiries.

Wendy has a very strong customer service focus and provides professional timely service to our existing client base.
